It...The weather is a major factor in my pace times. It didn't use to be that way. Now I find that temps above 83F or so drain the energy out of me. I have to slow my pace even if I'm only running 3 or 4 miles. It elevates my heart rate. It dehydrates me. etc etc. Just wait for the cooler fall temps. You will see your pace quicken with little or no additional effort. And yes you are getting faster!!
