2011 Goals

Since I had my daughter Sophie December 1st by C-section, which carries a required no-exercise restriction for 6 weeks, making New Year's Resolutions of fitness goals didn't make sense before I was back running. I had no clue how my recovery would be.  So 2011 goals will be set in small increments and as a set is achieved, then I will set new goals.

First set of goals:
  1. Complete a 50-mile month - DONE! January, of which I couldn't run the very beginning of it because it hadn't been 6 weeks since the C-section, was a month of 50.13 running miles!
  2. Complete a half marathon by the end of March - Signed up end of January for the Austin Half Marathon on February 20th!

Next goal:
Run a Marathon!

Yes, I'll be running the San Francisco Marathon, my first full marathon, on July 31, 2011!
